• Hosts must ensure that all listing details are accurate, including photos, pricing, and availability.

• Buddies should carefully review listings and ask questions before booking.

• Hosts have the right to accept or reject booking requests.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Use the platform to scam, harass, or harm others.

• Attempt to bypass or interfere with our platform systems or users.

6. Verification and Safety

• We verify some user information, but we do not guarantee the safety or legality of any listing.

• Users are encouraged to communicate clearly and use caution when meeting or making payments.

7. Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of content they upload (e.g., photos, descriptions).

• By posting content, you give ShareBuddy the right to display and promote it on our platform.

8. Platform Changes

We may update or change features, suspend services, or modify these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users when major changes occur.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

10. Disclaimer

ShareBuddy is a listing and connection platform only. We are not a real estate agent or party to rental agreements. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Nigerian law.
